Sysfont is a free font I created as a modern scalable revival of Chicago, the default font in System software (MacOS precursor from 1980s). Available in installable .otf format and .woff and .woff2 webfont format.

The font is free for both personal and commercial use, licensed under SIL Open Font License (OFL).

Technical Details

Drawn as pixel art in Illustrator and exported with FontSelf. Diacritic marks and symbols were complete guesswork, so some differences from the original are possible.
